BHU CHS SET – 2016 Counselling Procedure –

Regarding Admission in Class IXth (9th) Central Hindu Girls School 2016 –

1. Admission will be done on Merit basis according to the availability of seats.
2. Admission Date – 22 June 2016
3. Counselling and Admission Time – 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
4. General candidates with 76 marks or above should be present with TC in Counselling Procedure and others with 71 to 75 marks be available with or without TC in the CHS School kamcha, varanasi
5. BHU Employee ward category students with 53 marks or above should be present with TC and others with 39 to 52 marks should be present without TC. (transfer certificate)

Documents Required for Admission in BHU CHS School :-

2. SET – 2016 Registration Form
3. Class 8th Pass Result with photocopy
4. Birth Certificate by School (photocopy)
5. SC/ST/OBC and Physically challenged category Certificate as applicable (photocopy with originals)
6. Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC ( not general)
7. LTC Employee certificate for BHU Employee Ward category
8. Fee – 4000/-
9. Fee has to be submitted on the same day if selected and got the admission successfully.
10. TC should be submitted within a week
11. If any candidate is absent in the counselling procedure his/her candidature will be cancelled.
