Review – ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser | Brilliant Camera & Battery Life | Value for Money

Hello Everyone, Today We are reviewing ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL. Asus Recently launched its ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser in Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi with other range of ASUS Smartphone’s. Today we picked up ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser for a reason because it is something beyond awesomeness. The New ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser is giving tough competition to its competitors in market under budget Smartphones and Yes, Value for Money.

Now coming to the point and talking Straight about the ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser, This phone make the awesomeness and excitement double just because of its name the word “Laser”. ASUS has the all new Technology with current Demand in the market. But Don’t be confused in selecting your favorite Zenfone as it comes in many variants.

Design:

ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser is Design is completely different and unique from any other Smartphone’s available in the market. Zenfone 2 Laser is same as any other zenfone in terms of design. It is sleek and handy, due to its curved and rough or matte back panel it is easily to make a grip over the phone which makes it more handy. Well, talking about buttons the zenfone 2 laser is free from side buttons. The Power buttons is at the top of phone beside the earpiece. You may feel awkward that you need to press the power button at the top to unlock the phone every time but let me tell you that you don’t have to worry about that because is ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser the Phones comes with sensor, what it does is that when you double tap on the screen the screen wakes up and double tap it again the screen goes off and gets unlocked again.

And, the volume key is given at the back panel of the phone just below that Camera which is quite comfortable and unique design as it looks good and makes you comfortable when you press the volume keys. The Charging slot is given at the bottom of the phone. ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser comes with a Removable Battery and LTE + LTE 2 SIM Slots and memory card expandable upto 128GB. ASUS Zenfone 2 laser has a metallic finish at the bottom of the Phone with three Non-LED touch panels with Return, Home & Multi Tasking.

The ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL is equipped with 13MP rear Camera & 5MP front Camera with Dual color Flash Technology & also Laser technology which makes your photo much better. The camera built of this Phone is the eye catching and the main factor of this phone which makes it awesome. ASUS Zenfone 2 laser also comes with 5.5inch Display Screen and resolution of HD, 1280 x 720 Pixels with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 & IPS Display

This is one of the Key feature of ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser. In the budget smartphone list ASUS Zenfone 2 laser is great pick if you are looking for awesome camera phone under 10,000/- ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser is equipped with a 13MP Rear Camera with Dual Flash & Laser technology. The Laser Technology connected to the 13MP Camera makes your photos much better and adds awesomeness. The Laser helps the 13MP Camera to detect the Object fast to focus on any particular object which it sends a signal through a sensor to camera to bring the best picture around you. The laser will help you to automatically or manually focus on any object you want and it does the task very fast. The 13MP with Dual Flash & laser is just value for money under 10K. Somewhere in low light you may not get great pictures but outside it works great. Laser will give you best pictures only for close objects around you.

The Front Camera comes with 5MP camera which is quite good enough even many 25K Phones provides 5MP camera so it’s a great deal if you get 5MP Camera in 10k and that with great lens. Front Camera literally works great it gives you bright and clean pictures and and panorama features for selfies. All, Photographers & Selfie enthusiast will love this phone for sure.

User Interface:

The ASUS Zenfone 2 laser comes with Android 5.0.2 Lolipop OS + Zen UI. It has 2GB RAM & 16GB Internal memory and expandable upto 128GB. It has 1.2GHz + Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 MSM8916, Quad Core Processor. Though we were not impressed with the processor as it has same old Snapdragon 410 Quad core processor but no worries with 2GB RAM and this processor we played big Games, Videos and all we did not found any lag in the performance or any app crash. The Zen UI + Lollipop both makes the UI much better. There are many in built and on store apps for Zen UI where you download and customize your User interface. In the notification bar you also have a Blue light button which when turned ON it will make the display yellowish color for better use in night. It also has a One-Hand mode feature by this you can use your phone by using one hand only as the screen size in 5.5inch so you can use one-hand mode and fix your size according to your needs without any problem. You will experience full personalized and customized UI.

Battery:-

The Battery of ASUS Zenfone 2 laser comes with 3000 mah and it works just great for mixed usage. If you do a full charge. The phone will last long more than a day. We were impressed by the Battery life of the phone.

Verdict:

After Completely reviewing the ASUS Zenfone 2 laser smartphone we at Engineers Corner found that this is one of the best phone under 10K if you are looking for a 5.5inch with Laser Camera Phone, Good Battery Life and Average Performance. Though ASUS Zenfone 2 laser was not upto the mark in benchmark scores than other phones but still the phone is just awesome and value for money. The reason why we are saying is because of it’s UI, Camera and battery life. If you are really looking for 13MP good Camera under 10k then just go for it. ASUS Zenfone 2 laser is budget smart phone and Value for Money. The Battery life is just great. Performance wise also it works great, the apps response fast and won’t crash. We highly recommend you this phone at this price.
