  • Modern Design- Designed in line with Sapient’s core values, the open team areas provide a sense of togetherness and give a feel of large floor plate. Whiteboards dominate the office space and are used for meetings and work plans. Each floor has been designed keeping in mind a specific theme starting from Europe, Australia, Asia-Pacific, to India etc. to cater to all tastes. The collaborative/huddle spaces add up as informal spaces where people can interact and team up in an unrestrictive environment, thereby stimulating new ideas. Lounge seats have been dispersed in between the workstations providing working flexibility to employees.
  • A working model for sustainability- Use of several new age features such as wave–shaped diffuser, day light sensors, occupancy sensors, smart air-conditioning, and green elements are fitted in office space to minimize the consumption of energy.

To celebrate the move, Sapient India had organised SMALL STEPS, BIG DIFFERENCE, a walk with the aim to make a difference to the lives of underprivileged and differently-abled children on August 24, 2016. Sapient will contribute an amount equivalent to the total step count for the walk done by its people to three local NGOs supported through the Sapient Gives Back Program. These NGOs work for providing free and high quality education to underprivileged children living in slums and villages.
