What you have to do is jut follow the steps below given with pictures which will help you to do setting on your Operating system. How it Works?

Actually, Our Operating System Reserve a Packet Data of 20% as a Bandwidth of a connection. If you will not override this setting the Default 20% will be automatically save. which reserves the 20% Bandwidth connection of your system. That is why it is called Limit reservable bandwidth. if this bandwidth is 0% or disabled then the system will not have any  reserves  Bandwidth connection. and this is what you have to do to overcome with these solutions.

Steps to make Internet Speed Faster (Settings in Windows):

  1. This is the First Step:
    Goto START >>> Type “gpedit.msc” (don’t use semicolon) in Search Box >>> Press Enter.

  2. This is Second Step:

    Now, After the Step 1. A new window will open in that window Click on the “Administrative Templates” on the Left hand Side of the Window as shown in Picture below.

  3. This is the Third Step:Now, in the Administrative Templates Click on >>> Network as shown in picture below.

    Now, in the Administrative Templates Click on >>> Network
  4.  This is the Fourth Step:In the Network Option click on the >>> QoS Packet Scheduler as shown in picture by Red Arrow.

  5. This is the Fifth Step:In Qos Packet Scheduler Option >>> Click on  Limit reservable Bandwidth as shown in Picture Below.

  6. So, After Opening “Limit reservable Bandwidth” a window will open in which what you have to do is Disable the  Limit reservable Bandwidth or in Bandwidth Limit there will be written 20% you have to change it to 0% as shown in picture that’s it.
